Perfectly Imperfect Workshops
A year-long series of photography workshops with 13 participants, exploring identity, creativity, and recovery.
Creating safe spaces for stroke survivors to use photography as therapy
Perfectly Imperfect is a programme of creative activity developed by myself.
In 2024, it enabled those who have experienced a stroke or brain injury to use photography as part of their recovery.
Working in collaboration with the Horsebridge Arts Centre, I created a safe space for those affected to explore and experience the benefits or photography as therapy and we celebrated their achievements in an exciting photographic exhibition in November to celebrate the project
This programme was made possible thanks to funding provided by the Henry Smith Charity
