Returns Refunds Policy

At Andy Watts Photography, we aim to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. This policy outlines your rights to return, exchange or request a refund for products or services purchased through www.andywattsphotography.co.uk.

This policy complies with the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 and the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

2. Physical Products (e.g., prints, framed artwork)

a. Custom & Personalised Items

Due to the nature of custom-made products (e.g., photographic prints made to order, framing, or edited portraits), returns are only accepted if the item is damaged or defective.

This does not affect your statutory rights if the product is faulty.

b. Non-Custom Items

If you purchase a non-personalised item (e.g., a pre-printed artwork), you have the right to cancel and return it within 14 days of delivery. You must return it in its original condition, and a full refund will be issued (excluding original postage, unless the item was faulty).

Return postage is the responsibility of the buyer, unless the item was faulty or incorrect.

3. Damaged or Faulty Goods

If you receive a damaged or defective product:

We will offer:

- A replacement

- A repair

- Or a full refund (including postage), depending on the issue

4. Photography Sessions (e.g., bookings for shoots)

a. Cancellation by You

You may cancel a session booking up to 7 days in advance for a full refund of any deposit paid. Cancellations less than 7 days before the session may incur a cancellation fee or result in forfeiture of the deposit, unless rescheduled. Missed appointments without notice are non-refundable.

b. Cancellation by Us

In the rare event we must cancel or reschedule your shoot (e.g., due to illness or unforeseen circumstances), we will offer:

- A full refund of your deposit

- Or an alternative date/time

5. Digital Downloads

Due to the nature of digital products (e.g., edited images sent by email or download link), no refunds are available once the files have been delivered, unless the files are faulty or cannot be accessed.

6. How to Return an Item

To request a return or refund, please:

2. Include your name, order number, and reason for return

3. You will be provided with a return address at time of approval.

7. Refunds

Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving your returned item (or evidence of return). Refunds will be made to the original payment method.
