Capturing Life’s Moments Through Resilience and Art
After a stroke changed my life, I discovered the power of photography as my therapy and a way to connect with others. Join me on this journey as I share my story and showcase the beauty I see through my lens.

From Recovery to Rediscovery
Photography gives me purpose and peace. It’s how I reconnect with the world, sometimes even bumping into it (my depth perception isn’t great!). But through the lens, I found a new perspective, one that’s shaped not only by what I’ve lost, but by what I’ve gained.

2018
I suffered an ischemic stroke, a blood clot blocked an artery in my brain, and everything changed in an instant.
2019
I had a career in the motor industry, but like many stroke survivors, I had to leave it behind.

2019/2020
Photography started as a distraction and something to focus on, to get me out into the light quickly. It became my therapy.
2024
I opened my shop in folkestone to start selling my photography and help raise awareness around strokes and the impact they can have on your life.

Now
Now, every time I pick up my camera, I’m continuing to rebuild my life one photo at a time. I run workshops and events to support other stroke survivors on their journey. I’m also proud to support Different Strokes, a UK charity for younger stroke survivors.
